TRADE POLICY

We accept MasterCard, American Express and Visa credit cards. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns
Only defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for an exchange of the same item. 

Payment Due Date
Remittance must be made in US dollars within 30 days of invoice date. A 5% service charge will be applied to overdue payments ($5.00 minimum). Orders originating outside of the United States must make payment before items are shipped.

Retailers Discount
Retailers/dealers are eligible for a 40% discount on the catalogue prices for sheet music. There are no discounts on CDs.

Wholesalers Distributors
Wholesale distributors are eligible for a 45% discount on the catalogue prices. There are no discounts on CDs.

Volume Discount
Every prepaid stock order totaling over $1000.00 will receive an additional 5% discount on the invoiced cost of music (after other applicable discounts).

Shipping & Handling
Shipping and Handling charges are paid by the company placing the order. Shipping and Handling charges are calculated before any discounts are applied. Postage (along with handling fees) will be added to the billing statement.
